This Exchange Policy applies to all furniture, home furnishings, decor products, and related accessories sold through the Fullmantrade online store. Customers who wish to exchange a purchased item may do so according to the conditions outlined below.

2. Exchange Eligibility Period
Customers may request an exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after the exchange period has expired may not qualify for exchange approval.

3. Product Requirements
Items submitted for exchange must be returned in acceptable condition. Products should be in original condition, free from damage, and accompanied by all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, and included components.

4. Hassle-Free Exchange Service
Fullmantrade offers a 14-day exchange option for customers who wish to replace a product. Customers are not required to provide a specific reason when requesting an eligible exchange during the exchange period.

5. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, customers should contact our customer support team by email and provide:
Order number
Product name
Quantity of products to be exchanged
After review, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed instructions will be issued.

6. Review and Approval
Upon receiving the exchange request, our team will review the information provided and verify that the product qualifies for exchange. Approved requests will proceed to the next stage of processing.

7. Shipping Costs
Fullmantrade covers all approved exchange shipping expenses. Customers will not be charged additional fees related to the shipment of replacement products.

9. Exchange Processing
